Land cover research using data from the Space Research Centre
The Space Research Centre of the Polish Academy of Sciences (CBK PAN) has developed methods for automatically preparing detailed land cover maps based on Copernicus satellite data. This has created a new source of data for public statistics. The maps include 13 of the most significant classes, including agricultural areas, forests, built-up areas, marshes, bogs.

The Public Services Monitoring System (SMUP) provides data on the financial effectiveness of educational services provided by gminas and poviats. The publication of this data is the result of cooperation between public statistics and local government experts. This allows you to quickly check and compare, among other things, the unit cost of education for a student in a primary school, general secondary school or special school.
